Kundalini Yoga Chakra Series

Embark on a transformative 8-week journey to explore, balance, and strengthen your chakras. Meeting weekly on Wednesdays from 7 PM to 8:15 PM, February 5 to March 26, this Kundalini Chakra Series offers a powerful combination of breath work, poses, mantra, and meditation to focus on each of the seven major chakras plus an integrative session.

In each 75-minute class, we will:

  • Concentrate on one chakra, delving into its meaning and connection to different layers of life.

  • Learn techniques to clear and balance energy, empowering you to align with your highest potential.

  • Develop practices to manifest a life filled with peace, strength, and clarity.

This series is designed to help you clear energetic blocks, awaken inner strength, and embrace the life you are meant to live.
